Opening Info for Terminal 2 (T2) of Chubu Centrair (Nagoya) International Airport, Japan

In response to the official activation of Terminal 2 of Chubu Centrair (Nagoya) International Airport, Japan in September 2019, Nagoya routes operated by Tigerair Taiwan, including Taoyuan-Nagoya and Kaohsiung-Nagoya, will be moved to Terminal 2 from Terminal 1 as of December 1, 2019. The Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC) and Passenger Security Service Charges (PSSC) will be adjusted as shown below:

(I) Passenger Service Facility Charge (T2)

• Adult: JPY 1,300/person
• Children under the age of 12: JPY 650/person

(II) Passenger Security Service Charges (T2)

• Adult: JPY 350/person
• Children under the age of 12: JPY 350/person

(III) For those purchasing airline tickets departing from Nagoya operated by Tigerair Taiwan on the official website of Tigerair Taiwan, starting from December 1, 2019, these charges will be added to the ticket purchase price. The collection of which will be completed at the same time the travelers settle the ticket purchase amount. Please note that due to the floating exchange-rate system, the actual fees collected will be based on the prices on the official website.

(IV) Service charge refund information

1. For travelers with airline tickets for flights that fall within the period between December 1, 2019 and March 28, 2020, which were purchased before 09:59 am on October 18, 2019, Tigerair Taiwan will complete all refund procedures for the overpaid airport-related service charges before October 29, 2019.
   However, the official deposit date will depend on the operating times of the various credit card banks.
2. If purchased order include voucher discount or payment by convenience store/cash, we will inform specific refund procedures by e-mail.
3. For travelers with airline tickets for flights that fall within the period after March 28, 2020 will be applicable for new service charge policy.

  P2 parking lot 600~900m, 7~12 minutes’ walk
  To drop off/pick up travelers, please make use of the general drop-off/pick-up point inside the P3 parking lot

• Terminal 1 Building – 680m, 9-minute walk (take the moving walkway)
