According to the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announcement, starting from 1 December 2020 until 28 February 2021 (local time at the place of departure), all passengers (local nationals and foreign nationals) arriving or transiting at airports in Taiwan for any travel purpose (including, studies, work, diplomatic, official business, and/or others) are all required to provide certificate of a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within three working days prior to boarding the flight to Taiwan. All passengers please fill out a health declaration online-form (https://hdhq.mohw.gov.tw/Default1?openExternalBrowser=1) within 48 hours before your flight arrives in Taiwan in order to maintain data correctness and for the purpose of quarantine.
